    I will list your home for a Flat Rate Fee of $3333 as your Listing Agent.


     

    The Price of Your Home Does Not Matter and I Charge Nothing Up Front


    If the price of your home is $1,000,000 or even higher it is still $3333 on the Listing side. I will charge nothing up front to list your home and if I don't sell it... I don't get paid.


     Full Service Real Estate 


    I will place your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Your home will auto-populate to hundreds of web sites including Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Homes.com etc. You will receive a discounted fee, but never a discounted service!

     

    Professional Photos


    A few days before your home goes on the MLS, I will have a professional photographer take a minimum of 25 pictures of your home.



    Real Estate Sign & Lock Box


    I will have a sign (if you want a sign) and an electronic lock box installed. No agent will be going through your home without permission. When an agent shows your home, the lock box provides the agents information and the time they entered the home.


      

    From Listing to Close 


    I will meet with you at the property for an evaluation. You have direct contact with me from Listing to Closing. No assistants or coordinators and I handle all negotiations!

     

    How do I save you thousands of dollars with a Flat rate fee?

     

    Typically a real estate commission is 5%-6% of the homes sales price.


     The buyers agent and listing agent will usually split the commission; 2.5% + 2.5% = 5% or 3% + 3% = 6%.

     

    Let’s use $400,000 as the listing price of the home. 


    $400,000 x 6% = $24,000 


    Buyer Agent - $12,000 


    Listing Agent - $12,000



    $400,000 x 5% = $20,000


    Buyer Agent - $10,000


    Listing Agent - $10,000


      

    $3333 Flat Fee


     $400,000 x 2.5% + $3333 = $13,333 


    Buyer Agent - $10,000
